- Make every reasonable effort to assure advertising and other business practices are not misleading to the public, nor shall such advertising or other business practice contain any misrepresentations of fact.

- Attempt to reduce all agreements to writing and provide copies to all parties engaged. When agreements are not in writing, we shall accord all oral agreements the same sanctity given to written agreements.

- Careful not to make representations concerning interest rates, home/market values or material facts that are not realistic, predatory, offensive or against clients best interest.
- Make all reasonable efforts to facilitate each home buying and loan application experience in a timely manner.
- When requested by client, promptly advice client of approval, declination or other material information, which comes to the realtor’s or mortgage consultant's attention.
- Advice clients, whether or not requested, on issues related to the loan application or real estate transaction and should there be reason to believe that such disclosure is necessary to protect the interest of our client.
- Always be informed with respect to all applicable industry laws and regulations and comply thereto.
- Cooperate in every appropriate way with governmental bodies charged with regulating the practice of the mortgage industry, assuring the public of fair and honest treatment with respect to real estate deals and mortgage financing.
- Not to engage in activities that constitutes the unauthorized practice of law, and shall recommend that legal counsel be obtained when in their best and honest judgment the interest of any party to a mortgage transaction requires legal.
